We are thrilled to announce the 2016 Foundation for Financial Education Scholarship Program. Our organization is searching for high school seniors graduating during the 2015-2016 school year who demonstrate extreme dedication to community service and have considerable financial need. This will advance our mission to end financial illiteracy by helping to offset the rising cost of higher education. Our foundation is looking for students who are striving to further their knowledge by attending a two-year or four-year educational institution but also realize the importance and take great pride in giving back to their community; students who value education, participation and motivation.
The Foundation for Financial Education is committed to ending financial illiteracy in our country. We strive to positively influence our community through entertaining workshops which not only provide current and relevant information, but also recommend practical courses of action that will enable individuals to take charge of their finances. Our organization makes a great effort to be more than present in our community and to witness the change we are invoking by bringing educational resources directly to the public.
